Tips
1. The lean meat needs to be marinated for ten minutes in advance with ingredients, and some pepper and peanut oil can be added to increase the flavor and tenderness
2. Add some lean meat to enhance the freshness. Put the loofah and tofu in the pot and cook for two or three minutes. This will make the soup taste better.
