Wash fresh mustard greens. -

Place in a ventilated place to dry. -

Put it in an oil-free, water-free and heat-resistant container, place a layer of vegetables and a layer of salt (just add water and it will taste salty). -

Pour hot water over the mustard greens and leave overnight. -

Wash your hands clean, prepare a sealed jar without oil and water, put the mustard greens from the previous day into the jar, and pour the water together (you can also add a little white vinegar to help fermentation ), seal and marinate for more than half a month. -

Tips
1. If you like spicy food, you can add a little chili pepper when putting it in the sealed jar
2. The container used must be oil-free and water-free to prevent the sauerkraut from rot
3. When putting it into the jar, the water you pour in must be able to cover the mustard greens.
