Ingredients required: small garlic, salt, MSG, sugar, Korean hot sauce. -

Clean the small garlic roots. -

Two tablespoons of salt. -

Catch and mix evenly and marinate for half an hour. -

Rinse twice with clean water to wash away the bitterness of the salt. -

Squeeze out the water. -

Add MSG. -

Add half a spoonful of sugar. -

Add two tablespoons of Korean hot sauce. -

Tips
1. This side dish is super spicy, so don’t make it if you can’t eat spicy food.
2. After the garlic is marinated, be sure to rinse it with water to remove the salt. If it feels bland after mixing, you can add more salt.
3. If you don’t have Korean hot sauce, you can mix it with chili oil and it will be equally delicious.
