Steam for 30 minutes until chopsticks can be inserted through. -

Cut the butter into small pieces and put some sugar in a basin. -

Chop the eggs and chop them into small pieces. -

Boil and peel the corn, and cut the ham into small dices. -

Cut the carrots and cucumbers into thin slices, marinate them with salt for half an hour and squeeze out the water. This will make them crispier and not greasy when added to mashed potatoes. -

Steam the potatoes, peel them off and add a little salt. -

Mash into puree, add black pepper and milk several times, stirring while adding, until the taste is moderate. -

Add sliced eggs, ham, sausage, cucumber, carrot and mayonnaise. -

Sprinkle with sliced crab sticks and that’s it. -

Tips
Don’t add enough seasonings at once, add them as you go while making and mixing.
