Pick two sections of snow peas and clean them. -

Tips
1. The boiling time of snow peas should not be too long.
2.After blanching the snow peas, take them out immediately and let them cool. Run them through cold water several times to cool down quickly to prevent them from turning yellow.
3. The cooking oil recipe has been posted before. If you don’t have cooking oil, you can also use sesame oil. If you like the numbing taste, you can also add sesame oil or cane pepper oil.
4. Cooked sausage can be added directly, while raw sausage must be steamed.
