Upside down hot chocolate

Ingredients (7)

  • 300ml thickened cream
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) Baileys Irish Cream (optional)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp icing sugar
  • 4 cups (1L) milk
  • 200g white chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Coles Choc Fudge Sprinkles

Method

  • Step 1 Combine the cream, Baileys, if using, cocoa powder and icing sugar in a bowl. Use an electric mixer to whisk until soft peaks form.
  • Step 2 Combine the milk and white chocolate in a large saucepan over low heat. Stir for 5 mins or until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth and heated through.
  • Step 3 Pour evenly among heatproof serving glasses or mugs. Top with the cream mixture and sprinkles. Serve immediately.
