Step 1 Combine the cream, Baileys, if using, cocoa powder and icing sugar in a bowl. Use an electric mixer to whisk until soft peaks form.
Step 2 Combine the milk and white chocolate in a large saucepan over low heat. Stir for 5 mins or until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth and heated through.
Step 3 Pour evenly among heatproof serving glasses or mugs. Top with the cream mixture and sprinkles. Serve immediately.
