1 1/2 tbsp Coles cranberry sauce, plus extra, to serve
2 tbsp olive oil
Method
Step 1 Cut each block of haloumi into 8 slices. Sprinkle cut sides with rosemary.
Step 2 Cut each prosciutto slice in half lengthways then crossways. Top each prosciutto piece with 1/4 teaspoon cranberry sauce and a haloumi slice. Wrap prosciutto around haloumi and place, seam-side down, on a plate.
Step 3 Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook haloumi, in batches, for 30 seconds each side or until golden and warmed through. Serve with extra cranberry sauce.
