  • 2 x 500g Coles Roasting Vegetables with Garlic and Rosemary
  • 800g chicken breast fillets
  • 120g Patak's Oven Bake Tandoori marinade
  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • 200g tzatziki dip

  • Step 1 Preheat the oven to 220C/200C fan forced. Place the vegetables2 x 500g Roasting Vegetables with Garlic and Rosemary on a large baking tray and season. Roast for 10 minutes.
  • Step 2 Meanwhile, place the chicken800g chicken breast fillets and tandoori marinade120g Oven Bake Tandoori marinade in a large bowl. Toss well to coat the chicken.
  • Step 3 Place lemon2 lemons, sliced slices and chicken on top of the vegetables. Return to the oven for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Turn on the grill and grill for 3-4 minutes or until the chicken is starting to brown slightly. Serve with tzatziki200g tzatziki dip.
