- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 1 cup water
- 250g small strawberries
- 200g fresh raspberries or frozen raspberries
- 1-2 tsp rosewater
Method
- Step 1 Place 1/2 cup caster sugar and 1 cup water in a saucepan, then stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Boil for 5 minutes.
- Step 2 Stir in 250g small strawberries, hulled and sliced widthways, 200g fresh or frozen raspberries and 1-2 teaspoons rosewater.
- Step 3 Cool then pour over cooled cheesecake.
