- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large garlic clove, thinly sliced
- Mutti Polpa Finely Chopped Tomatoes 400g
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp chopped fresh oregano
Method
Show ingredient quantity- Step 1 Heat oil1 tbsp olive oil in saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook garlic1 large garlic clove, thinly sliced until starting to brown. Discard garlic. Add tomatoPolpa Finely Chopped Tomatoes 400g.
- Step 2 Stir over medium heat for 10 minutes or until thick. Add the salt1 tsp salt. Blend with a stick blender. Stir in oregano2 tsp chopped fresh oregano.
- Step 3 Cool sauce completely. Spread 80ml (1/3 cup) of the pizza sauce over each pizza base, avoiding the edge.
