Tips
This soup is a little different from our usual soup-making. Instead of cooking all the ingredients together at the same time, we add the ingredients in order while the soup is cooking. Because some ingredients are resistant to boiling, they can be added first, while some ingredients are not resistant to boiling and will easily burn, so they are added later.
