Pour in 150 ml of cold boiled or purified water, stir evenly and set aside. -

After stirring evenly, cover with a sealing lid and soak for half an hour. The longer it is soaked, the more flavorful it will be. You can also put it in the refrigerator for refrigeration. -

Tips
