Fresh mustard greens (Xuelisi) were dried for 6.7 hours. -

The leaves are wilted in the sun. -

Remove roots and yellow leaves. -

Rub the leaves with salt first, then the stems and roots. -

Tips
Add more salt and rub out the juice.
The jar should be free of water and oil.
